Findstart Srl carries forward the professional legacy and assets of Findiesel S.p.A., a financial company established in 1977 in accordance with Article 106 of the Italian Banking Law that, with over forty years of experience, built a strong footprint across all financial service segments, managing operations both directly and indirectly.
Originally established as a holding company for investments in startups and SMEs, it gradually expanded its scope to include a growing consulting practice. Today, FindStart supports companies of all sizes in their organizational development processes, from defining their administrative structure to managing more complex operations, such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
FindStart developed an internal unit with specific skills in company consulting on extraordinary finance (the so-called M&A operations), company organization, supervision and account auditing, and fundraising (particularly crowdfunding).

Findstart Srl è una società che raccoglie l’eredità professionale e le risorse di Findiesel S.p.A., società finanziaria ex art. 106 TULB nata nel 1977 che operando per più di quarant’anni ha ricoperto una presenza incisiva in tutti i segmenti dei servizi finanziari gestendoli sia direttamente che in via indiretta.
Nata come holding di partecipazioni in startup e PMI, ha poi affiancato all’attività di investimento una sempre crescente attività di consulenza indirizzata ad assistere le aziende, sia piccole che grandi, nei processi di sviluppo organizzativo a partire dalla definizione della propria struttura amministrativa sino ad arrivare alla più strutturate operazioni di M&A.
Findstart ha quindi sviluppato una divisione interna con specifica competenza nel settore della consulenza aziendale inerente temi di finanza straordinaria (c.d. operazioni di M&A), organizzazione aziendale, supervisione e controllo contabile, fundraising (specialmente nel settore crowdfunding).

It is organized as a network of competences: added-value services are integrated to ensure smooth financial planning and optimize administrative management, as well as to support investments in the company’s lifecycle with the most appropriate means.

Consulting services
Our consulting services range from assistance to extraordinary company operations, such as mergers and acquisitions (the so-called M&A operations) to more ordinary corporate supervisory and management control activities. We provide assistance in the design of M&A operations and participate in the individual steps with the performance of an appropriate accounting, administrative, and financial due diligence on the target entities to be acquired, in the definition and calculation of the economic conditions of the transaction and of the relevant guarantees, and in the drafting of contracts, also including the onboarding and integration of the acquired entity. Our activities also include assistance in the definition of ordinary finance operations through the analysis of financial requirements, budgeting, and planning, as well as assistance in negotiations with the parties involved, such as credit institutions and/or investors. Most importantly, we provide support to the development of the company’s administrative organization by defining the most appropriate accounting procedures, treasury optimization, supervision, and management control through the performance of specific internal audits and/or account analysis processes.
